     3 Parties hereto desire to enhance a closer communication channel for the mutual benefit of Thailand, Japan and Europe, and will cooperate with each other in promoting partnership.

     On 23 January 2019, Discussion meeting between many parties including of; Shimane Prefecture Government (Japan), AGPT (Japan),WPA (Europe), Thailand SME Center (Thailand) and many other Thai SMEs at AGPT head office in Thailand to exchange important business information and establish the relationship in aviation/airport business between Thailand, Japan and Europe. Shimane prefecture government from Japan would like to support private aircraft manufacturer companies in Shimane prefecture of Japan and was looking for establishing partnership with manufacturer companies in Thailand. While the European is aiming to outsourcing aircraft engine parts from Thailand by helping raising Thailand companies skills and standard and lastly be the coordinator for import and export between Thai, USA and Europe.

     The leading companies are AGPT represents the Japan led by Ms. Yoshiko Tsuji (Japan) and WPA represents the European led by Mr. B.V.Chmelensky and Thailand SME Center led by Mr.Piya Suthan as a Thai SME representative and Shimane prefecture government form Japan led by Mr.Shiro Ota.

     In this workshop, the companies introduced themselves and their company’s services and products.
